This
question has been very controversial. Many people raise the possibility of skipping
breakfast and go out to train in order to weight loss. Other people are not
used to breakfast until late after doing various activities.
The truth
is that it is recommended to drink water and eat something no more than 15
minutes after waking up. You spend all night without eating and even if you
think you are not being physically active in the night. You need to take energy in the morning, the
truth is that your body burns calories at night as it is recovering from
everything done in the day.
So the
ideal is that you feed as soon as you wake up. If you're going out to train you
can´t eat very heavy foods. Maybe you can have breakfast and wait to digest and
then go to train. But the general situation is that we wake up early to eat,
train , take a bath and get ready for work or other activities .
Remember
that when you exercise. Your body needs energy, if you have not fed you risk
losing muscle mass. This has several implications contrary to what most people
think. On one side you increase the chances of getting injured. Your metabolism
slows down and thus could lead to gain weight more easily.
I've heard
people say that if they go for a run at a very low intensity fasting help you
lose fat. It is true that low intensity training helps burn fat. But is more
important to change your basal metabolism trough both exercises and feeding you
properly.
A good
breakfast should contain carbohydrates, proteins and fats in a balanced way.
suggestions:
Breakfast 1
1 glass of
water
1 Banana
1 glass or
cup of yogurt
2-4 slices
of toast with jam
Breakfast 2
1 glass of
water
1 glass of
Orange Juice
1 cup
cereal with fruit and yogurt
Remember to
vary the amounts to half an hour to an hour can go to train. At the end of your
training you can eat something heavier if you need it, but before you can take
a toddy or a protein drink quick assimilation.
Try it and
notice the difference!
